Reception and check-in for both C10 and C12 are on C10 at Zum Fischerhafen 15, 49448 Hüde. Touring guests normally check in from 15:00 and leave by 12:00. Rental accommodation also has check-in from 15:00, but its regular check-out is by 11:00. Earlier or later times are possible only by prior agreement. Always check your booking confirmation and the latest reception information before travelling.
Your first stop is always reception on C10
Even when your pitch or accommodation is on C12, drive to C10 first. The address for navigation, registration and any key or value-card handover is Zum Fischerhafen 15, 49448 Hüde. C12 itself is at Schaffhäuser Feld 16.
Open the contact and directions page before travelling and save the reception phone number. If you are unsure which entrance or campsite is meant, use the C10 and C12 maps.
Times for touring pitches
A requested early or late check-in is not automatic. It depends on occupancy and operations and must be confirmed by reception.
- Regular check-in: from 15:00.
- Early check-in: from 12:00, by agreement only; €10.00.
- Regular check-out: by 12:00.
- Late check-out: by 15:00, by agreement only; €10.00.
Rental accommodation has a different departure time
Check-in for rental caravans, PODs and mobile homes also begins at 15:00. Their regular check-out is by 11:00. Keeping this distinction clear prevents the 12:00 touring-pitch time from being applied to a rental unit by mistake.

Agree a late arrival in advance
A later arrival may be possible by prior arrangement. Do not simply enter the campsite outside your confirmed time. Contact the team before travelling so they can explain the process and arrange an individual handover if possible.
Reception hours differ between low and high season. Because the date ranges and operational changes can vary, the contact page is the current source. Your personal confirmation takes priority.
Five things to check before departure
- Your booking confirmation, campsite and pitch or accommodation type.
- Arrival time and any confirmed early or late check-in.
- The C10 reception address rather than navigating directly to C12.
- The correct campsite map saved on your phone.
- Bedding and pet conditions for rental accommodation.
A calmer arrival with children
Keep documents and phone numbers accessible rather than buried in luggage. Open the map before reaching Hüde and explain to children that registration comes first. Where the situation allows, one adult can check in while the other remains with children or the dog.
On public holidays and during school-holiday periods, the booking system may require minimum stays of three, four or five nights. This does not change the check-in process, but it should be checked when booking. If you still need to choose a site, read C10 vs C12.
